PSG Hospitals has developed the mobile application for the convenience of out-patients. This SERVICE is provided by PSG Hospitals and is intended for use as-is.

While using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, such as, but not limited to, Name, Age, Date of Birth, Mobile No, Email ID, Aadhaar, Address, Gender and Kin Details. As part of our efforts to improve the app and its related services, we may combine personal information such as these with that of other users for analysis in such a way so that an user cannot be individually identified. This will help us provide a better user experience and identify new user needs. This information will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

The app does use third party services integrated within the app, such as Google Analytics, that may collect user information.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, we log performance-related data about the app and telemetry data (through third party products) on your phone in the form of Data Logs.
